Your time and experience matter to us. These simple guidelines help us maintain a safe, timely, and exceptional experience for every guest. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the following terms.
Sonder Esthetics and Nail Care allows a 10-minute grace period for arrival to your appointment. Clients late to their appointment risk having their treatment/appointment shortened or may be required to reschedule.
In the event of rescheduling or cancellation, Sonder Esthetics and Nail Care requires at least 48 hours' advance notice.
In event of No Call, No Show, an automatic charge of 50% of scheduled service is charged to card on file. Clients may also be required to place a deposit for future appointments.
For your safety and ours, please do not bring extra guests or children with you to your service. Our equipment is unsafe for small or unattended children, and Sonder Esthetics and Nail Care will not be responsible for any accident or injury that may occur to those who are not our clients.
All clients under the age of 18 are required to have a parent or legal guardian present at all their appointments.
